Hey guys, thanks very much for your help yesterday. I was mid a deal where I was singing the praises and strength of our community and I suggested that I could go in live during the call and show how the silent majority are really behind Freeway’s mission and recovery.
Suffice it to say the response was excellent, thank you to everyone. There are a lot of DMs I have not had the chance to reply to yet. I’m hoping to get through them in the next day or two.
Recovery certainly has nothing to do with the handful of trolls with their continual regurgitation of lies. We’ll do it despite them.
And for once, since things are moving now, I decided to not hold back.
My account certainly wasn’t hacked. We’re working on things so recovery happens and Freeway achieves what we set out to do in the first place in the long run.
Personally, I’m very excited as I believe we’re going to be getting back on track very soon.

📣 A Brief Update For Freeway Users 📣
In the March update, Freeway shared the information provided by our broker Ardu Prime that, as of 28 February 2023, Freeway’s corporate funds totalled $128.25m, including a credit line of $70m.
We have been advised by Ardu Prime that, at the end of April 2023, total corporate funds increased to $128,546,779.27 and, at the end of May, had increased further to $129,539,288.61.
The Freeway team continues work on its loss verification and recovery plans.
We are waiting on approvals to communicate on other developments and you can expect updates once those approvals have been received.
We understand and respect the need for more frequent, more detailed communication, and we intend to return to such a level as soon as we are able.

📣 A message for our Canadian users 📣
In December last year, we removed access to the Freeway platform for all users with accounts registered in Canada, while we reviewed Canada’s crypto-wide regulatory structures.
This review is now complete and, like other well-known companies in the crypto industry, we have unfortunately made the decision to close all accounts registered in Canada.
The next step will be to contact users individually by email in order to facilitate a goodwill digital asset transfer to reflect the return of net purchases in Supercharger simulations and deposits made on the Freeway platform.
We thank all our Canadian users for joining Freeway on its journey so far, and we hope to be able to welcome you back in future as our business model evolves and develops.

Let’s look at Risk Management…
The software monitors the positions constantly and bases decisions to trade further on individual currencies that approach predefined limits only once exposure has reduced.
At the brokerage level, net open position "NOP" maximum limits are set to prevent over-trading and overexposure.
You can view the maximum limits and instruct any reductions in NOP.
Hard Stops at the account level protect capital from extreme volatility.
Stop losses are applied at the account level and are not put on every trade as that would create unnecessary losses during sequence building.
Once a sequence is in profit (but has not yet reached T/P), trailing stops on each trade will prevent a fall back out of profit (but the resultant profit will be smaller if triggered).

First things first, what is a T/P?
A take-profit order (T/P) is a type of limit order that specifies the exact price at which to close out an open position for a profit. If the price of the security does not reach the limit price, the take-profit order does not get filled.
Let’s dive into how these come into play, within the Algorithms 👇
There are three kinds of T/P:
standard, dynamic and trailing.
Standard T/P is where trades are built
in sequences where the algo doesn't make any changes during the life of the sequence, the TP is
usually adjusted based on Risk-Reward.
Dynamic T/P is where trades are adjusted as the algo
makes changes on a sequence and the T/P may be updated based on market conditions.
Trailing T/P is where the T/P is constantly moved to follow a trend and ‘guarantee’ a specific profit level.

🤝 The Algo Education Continues 🤝
Let’s talk more about the Master Algorithm (MA).
An essential feature of the strategy is that within larger funds, accounts are subdivided.
The MA launches a remote instance of itself into a Virtual Private Machine "VPM" that governs the trades
of an individual sub-account.
Each VPM is desynchronised from the MA and all other VPMs on that
account.
Without this desynchronisation, every VPM would make identical calculations and attempt to enter the same trades simultaneously, thus creating bottlenecks and potential temporary liquidity issues.
Also, as each VPM is viewing the data upon which it bases its calculations by looking at different information, a simple example may be that one VPM will use a 30-minute chart, whilst
another may be using a 4-hour chart.
Different VPMs will see different entry points. Consequently, one VPM may choose to BUY a currency pair when other VPMs choose to SELL.
Both can make profits as they close at different times, but the critical advantage of desynchronisation
is that the VPMs automatically begin hedging themselves.
Returns are smoothed, and drawdown is reduced.
The larger the account, the greater the number of sub-accounts and the more significant the reduction in exposure to individual currencies.
However, an important feature that is a consequence of the multiple sub-systems operating in parallel but independently is that it can adapt to follow trends and also retracements.
If the data indicates a stronger movement, it will intensify trading and follow the trend while moving the T/P
(create a trailing T/P) to bank larger profits – until the system identifies signs of weakening movement or ranging market and stops trailing. Then it will return to the standard behaviour
unless a strong trend is identified again, which will restart trailing.

🤔 Understanding The Algo’s Approach 🤔
The approach is based on anticipating market movements before they happen, i.e. identifying
turning points, either as part of a movement continuation or reversal point.
This is a combination
of recognition of extreme zones, support-resistance, and momentum change.
The Algorithm uses
pair-specific data to calculate high probability entry points and direction (long or short) when
building sequences of trades with a common exit level.
Trades are built in sequences, and the linked trades are designed to make a profit overall, not on
every single trade.
Losing trades are a natural feature of every sequence. However, an important
feature that is a consequence of the ongoing and constant maintenance of the MA is that it can
change to follow trends rather than simply being contrarian.

The Master Algorithm monitors 19 major currency pairs for adherence to behavioural models and is supported by a series of sub-algorithms that, together, are designed to identify trades based on both trend identification and trend reversal or ‘retracement’ strategies.
Chosen currencies belong to strong and well-developed economies.
Currencies include: USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, JPY, CHF.
Around 7 years ago, significant work was done to bring the different components into a single system.
The single system is able to run the most profitable of the strategies in single accounts with the system being “aware” of the various positions and different approaches, marking an important point for the evolution of the system.

Almost everyone has switched over and is trading again, the remaining few are waiting on USD/GBP funding instructions.
We will send round messages soon to those who registered with Prime Greece, but to be clear, you will need to re-register with Prime South Africa.
Interested algo licensees must register in step 1 to receive further info.
Here are the steps in order.

🛑 ❌ BEWARE OF SCAMMERS USING OLD FWT 🛑 ❌

This is mainly for the newbies who join in and try to “sell” old FWT tokens or want to “migrate” old FWT tokens or ask why the old FWT price is high in their wallet…. “Trust wallet” Please note that there’s no migration, it’s a scam. We only changed the smart contract address a while ago and the new tokens were sent to everyone. If you hold Freeway Token (FWT) in certain places, like Metamask, for example, you will need to add the custom token contract address for it to appear using the following instructions:
1️⃣ Open Metamask and sign in
2️⃣ Click on "import tokens"
3️⃣ Click on "custom token"
4️⃣ Paste the following ERC20 token address: 0x20e7125677311Fca903A8897042b9983f22Ea295
OR
Paste the following BEP20 token address:
0x90a1E4BBADE88366dC44436535f1571d95e666c7
5️⃣ Token name: FWT & 18 decimals
6️⃣ Click the "add token" button
Then make things easier for yourself in future and hide the old FWT token from your wallet.
If anyone is trying to sell the old tokens to you ❌IT IS A SCAM!!!❌ they are old tokens and they cannot be migrated. If you try to claim the tokens by sending your funds to the wallet address for gas fees then that’s on you, I’m sorry. That’s a trap to scam you!!!
Please don’t try to claim what doesn’t belong to you when people share their private keys or seed phrases with the sole aim to scam you and don’t move old FWT to different scam wallets, the blockchain is transparent.
‼️‼️‼️ ✅ Please it’s very important to note that you cannot scam Freeway using the old FWT tokens or by any means, if you have added the right contract address as a custom token to your wallet by following the steps above and the new FWT tokens don’t appear in your wallet then there’s ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that can be done about it. The old tokens have been replaced with the new tokens on a 1:1 basis and sent to everyone longgg ago so do not ask scam questions here if they do not show up in your “trust wallet”‼️‼️‼️✅

Freeway’s full statement will be released in the new year
We just wanted to let you know we’re planning to share a full statement on our investigations of the events that led to the pause in Supercharger purchases and buy-backs in the new year.
We know you’ve been waiting for details from us and we want to thank you for being patient. We’re in the middle of a forensic investigation into what has happened - the truth is it’s a very complex process, examining tens of thousands of individual trades, and until our forensic team have analysed the whole situation we can’t give you the details of what has happened. We want to be able to tell you everything, and to tell you our plans for the future. We’re hoping to complete our investigation by the end of January.
The statement will include a breakdown of what happened, how it happened and, crucially, what action Freeway has taken to make sure these events cannot happen again. We’ll also share our initial forecasts for when we aim to resume partial and full Supercharger buy-backs.
In the meantime, we’ll keep you updated in all the usual places on any new product developments and general Freeway news.
For anyone who decides to tune out until our full statement lands in the new year, we just want to say thanks again for your patience and understanding this year, and we hope you enjoy the holidays.

An Update On The Calls
Hi guys, we have done about 10 calls so far fitting them in around Graham's schedule for meetings and travels etc.
All calls so far have been with 7-figure global users. We can't take calls with US users yet and will let you know as soon as we can.
The board meetings and travels should be complete now, so I'm hoping we get more of a set agenda for Graham's availability and can send call booking links out.
I would also like to begin testing calls of 3-5 people at once and see how that goes.
If you're a global user happy to take such a group call, please find a few others who are the same and let me know.
Criteria to join such a group:
1. You are a global user
2. You have already been offered a call
3. You have already signed a confirmed NDA
I may prioritise you until we get a clear schedule for the call booking links as this will help us reach more people more quickly.
AuBit Prime Onboarding For Algo Access
In other news, AuBit Prime onboardings are happening and the first people are in the process of funding their accounts.
Graham hopes to get the software licensing agreement to them tomorrow/ early next week and from there, if accounts are funded and the tech setup, they'll be free to begin trading.
I know some are keen to also share the results publicly, so that may be of interest to many.
We have the first draft of marketing materials for the algo licensing we are reviewing this afternoon before we make any changes and send to compliance for approvals before sharing.
We have had about 80 people email us asking for this information, so you will receive it as soon as we have it ready and approved.
Finally, I have a lot of DMs and they're growing as fast or faster than I can reply to everyone while working on everything else we're doing.
I will get to everyone when I can, but I hope this message answers many of the questions repeated in my DMs, and I will share more of these mini updates if they're useful.
