Hey everyone, we have a plan for recovery and new products. The team is working hard to bring that plan together. We’ll update as much as we can moving forward also. I’ll see what I can do on an AMA.
Same news in other sources

This is only my opinion and not the thoughts of any Freeway related entity.
Of course I knew that this latest Freeway update would not be the best news for the community but I see it as the lowest point on our way to recovery.
The asset recovery piece is in the hands of top tier professionals nowwith the restructuring done by Grant Thornton out of Cayman (Cayman is a huge jurisdiction for funds and so they attract top talent there) and the courts can do their thing with great common law and UK based law principles.
I am not involving myself in this process very much as I am focused on the roadmap and recovery by other means. We have an amazing set of products in the pipeline that fit the ethos of Freeway, providing access to everyone. But of course learning from our mistakes along the way. Three different algos are under due diligence and new brokerage and asset management partners are going through the same process, and this time with in-house real time verification, monitoring and risk management by a world-class expert in risk management and algo analysis.
Our mission still stands, the team are all here fighting, working for free, many of us put all of our liquidity into Freeway one way or another, personally I put more and more in when the credit lines came in, and have personally ended up funding keeping Freeway going until my resources were exhausted, all to make things right. I sincerely believe the team and their network of powerful connections will get behind our new product set plus other ventures the founders are setting up to contribute towards the recovery.
We are still here, we are not going anywhere, we have been present this whole time working to make things right. And as soon as it became clear the current means were not going to solve things, we have been working on other means to do so.
If it was all bad from the start why are the team still here fighting to make things right?
The team has an immense strength of character, dealing with the negativity, the threats and whatever else and still fighting through the negative momentum to make everyone whole from this mess.
And at the end of the day, once fully recovered, we will be that one project that, in the face of almighty obstacles, did just that, recovered and worked to fulfil the mission which is access for everyone to a better financial future.
I have never met or even read about a team so dedicated to the singular goal of making things right and not throwing in the towel given the obstacles.
My sole focus, is to get other products and other routes to recovery and success underway and completed so we everyone can look back and see we had the resolve, persistence and dedication in the face of adversity to not only make things right from before, but to succeed and provide real value for our users into the future.
There are just a few handfuls of negative people making all the noise in these channels, and in my opinion, there is at least an 85% silent majority rooting for us to make things right.
We created immense success before, now with the right levels of in-house due diligence and risk management we will not only recover, but give what our existing community and future community were looking for.
We now have a roadmap of superior products, more user protections and instituionally friendly opportunities that we will work to get launched as soon as possible.
We do not need any individual person or entity with us to make this happen. My intention is to make this happen no matter who is with me or not with me on the journey back. But I have seen the momentum and power this community can generate when things are going good and I hope that accelerates us through to a big recovery win in short order.
Why would we go through all this pain and stick thing out if we did not intend to fix it. We have some incredibly talented people, and the whole nearly 6 years since we started AuBit/Freeway has opened up a huge network to the best opportunities where we can get things fixed and move on.
