The initial findings of our investigation have shown that the FX algorithms continue to operate phenomenally and the required pause of Supercharger buybacks came from external error, which has been resolved, corrected, and will not happen again.
Because we have found that the error was external and caused the issue in the many moving parts of the Freeway ecosystem, and not the simulation itself, we have begun licensing the algorithm to institutional investors with some limited licensing to very well-qualified individuals.
We are excited to take these steps forward towards restoring the Supercharger buy-backs. Please keep in mind that rewards continue to accrue in member accounts and at no time does any user have a right to the buy-back of any Supercharger, which is a safety measure to ensure maximum rewards with well-mitigated risk. This was disclosed and we continue to remind users of this. Instead of liquidating, like many of our competitors, our path to recovery is clear and we are looking forward to limited buy-backs coming soon.
Eligible users can licence Freeway’s FX algorithms through regulated custody with all trades executed at the brokerage level, keeping full control over funds held in their name at all times.
Users can choose their own clear risk and reward options across multiple sub-accounts using automatic stop losses also managed at the brokerage level.
Users have real-time access to the trading and its performance at all times through the brokerage portal
